Hi yeah someone help me please. Domain site names....!!!!!!!?
hi, i want to create and publish a web site with my chosen domain name, but i don't want to create it on freewebs or piczo or any other web hosting service sites. I want to create my own official site that has it's own personal domain name. And i want it to be COMPLETLEY FREE. Anyone know any sites?Please post links or any help you can give me. I am willing to do the coding/html myself, just the publishing i need done. Thanx in advance.

It is really impossible to get a free domain. The best you can do is a domain redirection. (.tk, .co.nr) However, it is possible to find free domain hosting, although, it might carry some restrictions, i.e. it will probably be temporary, and there will probably be advertising.
My advice to you is to just start out on a freeserver, hone your web design skills, and then when you can, (I am assuming you are a teenager, and therefore, can't purchase a domain.) you can purchase your own domain/hosting. Purchasing a domain is really easier than finding it for free, because free domains don't exist.

Trouble with my Yahoo! smal busines account?
I just signed up for Yahoo! small business about a week ago. i recieved a confirmation e-mail saying that my web site was now actie. I try signing into the web hosting site and a unable to find whee the control panels are to be able to work on my site. I have searched everywher and everything that i read keps telling me that I should have a completely differrnt looking scren whenver I sign in. But I don't. Any thoughts s to what I might be dong wrong? This is frustrating!!

1. Open internet explorer and go to www.yahoo.com
2. Click "Web Hosting" in the Small Business Panel (on the new yahoo look it's on the left under all the quick links to Autos, Finance, games, and yellow pages and all that.
3. At the very top of the screen, there's a sign-in link, click it and sign into yahoo with your account and password that you subscribed to Yahoo Web Hosting with.
4. That should go immediately to your web hosting control panel. If it doesn't, you'll be in the genernic hosting web panel, your website's domain name will be there along with three links, click "Web Hosting Control Panel" and that will take you to where you need to be to create your website.

Training of new employee?
I have been with the current company for nine years now and am about to turn in my two week notice. Am I going to be responsible for training my replacement in areas in which I have never been trained? Over the years I have taught myself everything I know and I don't see why I should pass that on to the new person since my employer never compensated me for extra time and effort I put into learning new things (web design, graphic design, web hosting etc.) I feel that I should only have to train in areas that I was initially trained in by current office manager. What are your thoughts on that and .... what am I ethically obligated to do?

You are only obligated to train what is in the Job description of that job. Your being paid to train them, and they are getting paid to learn.
On the side: Its always good to leave any company on a high note, you never know when you might need something later down the road.
