Can someone recommend me a mini pc?

I need the 'pc' for web hosting (ie: my own webserver where I can host my sites using apache, php, mysql etc).

I need the pc to be able to run 24/7 with little or no noise. I need it to be small, preferably as small as possible (without compromising on heat dissipation though). The pc does not need to be powerful, entry level of slightly higher would do. A generous harddisk would be a bonus.

They are mostly found in Sim Lim....

How about a Shuttle? Do a barebones Shuttle with built-in graphics, then add one large hardrive and a DVD dual layer writer. You could always stick in a floppy drive too.
