How do I set up a folder?

I signed up for Yahoo's web hosting starter plan today and called tech support to find out how I can have my web site that is under development viewed by a couple of people before publishing it to the actual domain name (which is registered with Network Solutions). The tech told me to "set up a folder" under my account and publish the pages (out of SiteBuilder) to that folder. Can you tell me how to do this? Thank you.

If your site is at geocities, open the 'file manager', there you'll find the option 'create new folder', click on it and a new folder will be created.
