Anyone know how to get brinkster to work with ming?

I'm trying to use php to use the ming lib but it's not working......I talked to brinkster support the first guy didn't know what I was talking about the 2nd guy quickly said we don't support it.....doesn't all web hosting servers support lanching lib?
Anyone know how to get brinkster to work with ming?
I dont think it will work, ming is a compiled c library and they probaly dont allow hosting of this type. Most hosting providers are limited in programming features if using shared accounts.
