What is the best program to use to host and create web sites?
I use the latest Microsoft Front page. It relatively easy and has gotten much better over the years. I also use 3ix.org to host because the are so cheap, like a buck a month.

I use dreamweaver 8 for websites and it is ok. it's easy to use and learn and has all the things that you need.
