What is the best way to host a million images on a web server?

I have a web site where members can sign up and upload images. Thinking large scale, say I have 100,000 members and each one uploads 100 images (averaging 1mb per image). That would require roughly 10,000 gigabytes of storage.

Getting 100.000 users will get a long time, by the time you get there you will have the money to pay for it.


Starting up with Yahoo it means they'll NEVER run out of space which means you won't have to change servers when you grow.
